I'll give you a hint: Use bright yellow+white verrrrrry lightly.
Hehe, and I can tell you're having problems with layers. Thing is, you gotta remember to setup the layer you start on with a transparent background so it's easier to color = adding a color under your starting layer with be easy that way. :3
