This is the ad for Califur IX, in 2013. The con's theme is Furtual Reality! I went with a Tron influenced theme for this ad. You will see this in the program books for this year. Pick one up at Califur in just 3 weeks! June 1st-3rd, at the Irvine Marriott Hotel in Irvine, CA. I'm their Guest of Honor. :)

I'd heard there was some issue with FC2013's theme being too close (Fur-bidden Planet?) so Califur was doing a contest for a new CF2013 theme?

Though the "FURtual Reality" theme is one of the options. Y'know, I suggested "FURtual Worlds" as a theme for FC2009. That was the fateful year with three cons with similar Safari themes.
