I wanted to create a dragon form for Shiki so.. one day I started doodling this.
I'm still thinking on a backstory (every char of mine has his own story) but so far I got:
1.- He has a different personality when he is in his dragon form He is way more serious than his Smeargle form (maybe too much)
and 2.- He kick hard... and by that I mean he is a good fighter using his legs mostly.. kinda like a kickboxer or something. (hence the wird pose there *points there*)

Cool. Collective. Draconic. Artistic. Amazing haircut. Smeargle.
These were the ingredients to create the perfect dragon form.
But the artist, Shiki_Shaka, accidentaly added an extra ingredient to the concoction...CHEMICAL S. *EXPLOSION!*
...Thus, Shiki's dragon form was born! With incredible features...
DRACONIC, HIS HAIRCUT, HIS SMEARGLE!
Will show the world that this Smeargle is ready to step into the realm of the scalies!
