So its Trowa! He's originally from South Africa, trained to be a mindless weapon who was saved by the Raven and taken in by Bruce Wayne.

He suffers from agoraphobia, fear of crowds, and aphephobia, fear of being touched. It takes him a long time to be comfortable with the team, during that time he wears him mask around them, as it makes it easier for him to commune with them.

he also has a wrist computer like Robin and a ridiculously stocked utility belt from Batman. When not with the team, he generally acts as overseer at the Batcave while the Dynamic Duo are out on the town.
