when you have to destroy that guy, and everything within 700 meters of him, accept no substitutes
this one was a fun piece to do. it's actually a revamp of an old pic i did on paper. the original had me with a bulpup rifle, and M6D. i decided to take that up a notch when i re-did it in sai. and, what better way to take it up a notch, than to crank the velocity up to relativistic levels? fuckin magnets
my longarm is a hand-held mass driver that accelerates a 2 kilogram slug at varying relativistic velocity at its lowest setting, it launches it's projectile at 0.1% of light speed, impacting with the force of almost 24 tons of TNT. crank that bad boy up to eleven , and you have a 2 kilogram slug being launched at 1.1% of light speed, impacting with a force of 10.9 terajoules (or 2.6 kilotons of TNT).

you can't have a longarm without a sidearm , right?
so for a sidearm, i chose a pistol that fires a violet LASER with an output of 800 gigawatts

The first thing I noticed was the arm, too short in proportion to the body and the torso is too long. The arm also has another flaw: it seems to be attached to the shoulder because the forearm is almost indistinguishable from it.
However, you have a very solid character concept. I've never seen so much detail in the description of technological weaponry. Even you designed the suit and it can be seen here. Points for those details ^^

At first, I wasn't sure which arm you were talking about, then i saw it. I'm not sure what you mean in your second sentence though.
As for the concept, I'm gonna ditch it (somewhat) for a better idea that I had. This one is a bit unrefined. I'm surprised you didn't call me on the botched coloring
