Taking an example from an old, old game, I can think of the perfect use for magic. Anyhow, one of the strongest characters from this game was the Unicorn. For, it's single horn could quickly create a magic projectile bullet that did great harm. And, that's just one pointed tip. This buck must have the potential to deliver a machine gun's worth of such magic bullets.
