No multiple exposures, I took this shot a few years ago. I don't have the exact raw file in front of me now but I remember that the shutter was open for at least 15 seconds or more, ultra low aperture (probably pushing around F22 or smaller, low iso, thus creating a ghostly effect from the smoke.
