This kick is very hard to do ;_; It will be part of my Red Belt exam by the end of June. I am planning to add this to the back of my Taekwondo uniform soon :3 Artwork was done by the awesome puinkey

Do you have to do it on a piece of wood or break board?
I had to do it on a break board cos I'm a girl >w< My boyfriend had to do it on wood, poor sod.
Look after them feet if you've gotta do it on wood ha

More than likely on a piece of wood, since my Sabonim thinks break boards are too soft :(
