so back in feb, i said to i got a commission of feral randy & found a cute chibi artist.
he says
Kippens: i demand my otter be floating
Kippens: belly up in water

though that was not what the commission was XP But, i was inspired by his words, so i had to get it commissioned. the artist though forgot about both commissions. So when the awesomee  Two-Pence-Hero was taking commissions & i saw her awesomeness and for chibi, i had to ask.

May ask her to work the other that was not finished XP cause its so cute.
