The Known Lands of Mhar
A low rez map from the Gazetteer of Durine source book to go with the Mhar Fantasy RPG books. An insert into the book, it appends the 30' x 30' continental map by showing its location in respect to its neighboring continents.
The fact that Durine is separated from the western continents by a sea has isolated it from the influences of the ancient civilizations and fell magicks that have plagued periods of Solumn's long and turbulent history.
Note that the northern coast of Solumn and the coast of Voron are actually distorted because of the curvature of the planet--a truer representation would shorten the western coast of Voron and curl the northern coast of Solumn slightly northwards.

Lovely map. :)
Too many maps for fantasy novels, RPGs etc. are overly simplistic and don't reflect the rich geography found in the actual world, with continents and landmasses, islands and bays, oceans and lakes and rivers, mountain ranges and plains, forests and deserts and climate zones -- not to mention empires that rise and fall, warring kingdoms, towns that are placed at important locations rather than just being strewn over the map as if with a salt shaker, and so on and so on.
This one's different; it's obvious that significant time and thought was invested into it, and it actually looks believable and realistic.
Great work. :)
