I can think of both good points and bad worth mentioning, but as for the later it isn't so much 'bad' as things-to-potentially-rework later.
The texture on the clothes, shoes, and tattoos are exquisete if not flawless. As for Big Bad's skin and face, they are good but I get the impression more could be done - basically needing fur. I can only imagine texturing fur by computer is nightmarish. What you did render for his skin and face I interpret as being an excellent base to later add to. Specifically for his face I'd suggest giving him eyebrows, the lack of them makes him kinda creepier to behold instead of having the tough-guy-look.
