Wow, very nice! :) I like the concept you have for Rio's mother, being a clan shaman of a village in the forest near a beach (Neat lineart details on the huts, trees, and grass in the background, by the way). Good choice on her name (Rianna) as well, since 'Rio' and 'Rianna' have similar-sounding syllables, which can serve as an indication of how Rio got her name.

Rianna herself looks beautiful. ^^ Her more tribal-looking design, including the markings/tattoos on her fur, the armbands and wristbands of her dress, and the cool necklace does a good job of symbolizing her as a shaman, someone of importance in her clan. Wonder what her husband's like, other than being a strong warrior, from what I read in the comments above? ;)
