If Victor were to observe this situation, he wouldn't understand Haze's motives - why continuously endanger yourself for barely any reason at all?
He'd probably say his favourite line: "There's a time and a place for heroism. And graveyards are full of heroes.", by which he means that it's okay to be a hero, just not all the time and especially not when it's a sure way to get in trouble. :D

Angry reptile fellow is dressed like a Landsknecht... and behaves like one too.
I like the Roman Legion motif that the army has here, and frankly just surprised to see someone in slash and puffed clothes that is more in line with the Renaissance era. Anyways, I stumbled across this page(checked the other pages), and I'm liking this comic so far.

Well, yeah I'm not expecting a reply to be honest. But its good, I got around randomly browsing and stumbled across this. And I immediately recognized that getup. Looked a little deeper onto the other pages and saw quite an interesting comic too. Heh, I just figured to state the obvious and leave it at that. But still, a response is welcome.
Historically, Landsknechts are the quintessential mercenaries of their era; well known for their distinctive attires and varied battlefield capabilities, but also notorious for being treacherous at times as well as enthusiasm for stuff like 'pillaging and burning' and questionable attitudes.
But I guess your friends are enjoying their activities and I see the merit of it. After all, wouldn't it be fun to dress up in their garish garments just for the heck of it( the Landsknecht's style of dress is definitely the weirdest battlefield 'uniform' I've ever seen).
