Oh, not really in regard to her look. When I created a cow character, I wanted her to look different, I'm big on subtle changes that stand them apart from 'every other X' on the site. Like with Lauren, all I did was make sure she had no facial stripes, and give her the blue hair, and she stands out. Nothing extreme, just a small visual cue. With Rowan, I wanted her cream colored, but I thought the black and white markings in key places would stand her out. :)
