This be Shallot cosplaying as Felicia. For the longest time I've always admired and had a huge crush on her. She has to be my absolute most favorite fighting game character just because of her unique playstyle as well as how different she is as a character. As far as top female characters she's placed at #2 for me. #1 I can't think of because I'm far too tired lol. Anyway enjoy and thank you so much
