Yeah first thing that grabbed my attention was the flabby skin but flabby man doesn't sound nearly as threatening :p he is a character from Pan's Labyrinth or Labyrinth of youre somewhere other than America. He is based of a Japanese myth of a blind man who was killed but in spirit he grew eyes from his hands so he could see his killers face but the mugger was already gone. So the blind man searches cities looking for the mugger. Ironically his hand eyes have become blinded by revevnge :)
