The wheel is a little small, with that small of a diameter, you'd get little motion out of the dildo's. They would end up moving a little less then the distance between lever of the wheels connection point at 180 degrees.
This can be solved by pushing the (I assume to be the motor) back towards the rear of the device, to allow for a greater sized wheel. Otherwise it looks great.
