Carey is 6 years old and the oldest child of the famley that has addopted Howey. She is adjustinig to the new family dynamics now that she has a little brother around. She enjoys reading to her doll, ridding the bike,tea parties, playgrounds and her TV time. She is alowed 1 houer of TV a day and Saterday morning cartoons. Her faveret cartoons are the Care Bears and My little Poney. She is learning to enjoy Howey (who acts more like a 2 year old than the 4 year old he is) but still finds him a bother and dislikes the time Mom spends with him that could be hers. She is under threat of a paddling for talking about Howey being adopted. She wets the bed most nights and is living in the days before pull-ups. Her Mom puts her in cloth diapers every night as part of the bed time routeane. The diapers are dried on the close line which is some thing of an embarisment. Everyone in town knowes their her night diapers but pretend their for the babies.
