Anyways. Elerman and Kiffles. Canon world says that - to make a long story short - Elerman was charged as a "guardian" of sorts, to make sure Kiffles didn't cause any (more) trouble. Sort've like being under house arrest, only your house is tall as fuck and follows you everywhere. But she likes him. Because he is comfortable. And sleeping near him reminds her of how it used to be when her papa dragon let her sleep on his tail.

Elerman allows it.

If only to keep her quiet for several hours.

Totally not because it gives him some peace of mind, as well. Nope.
