I love a nice Stir Fry as they can be quick to make and you can make them with anything you have around. I won't be listing a recipe, but I will be listing how to do a good and easy stir fry here! Or at least how I do stir frys.
Stir Frying is all about high heat and fast cooking. Your vegetables should be just tender to slightly crisp.
Make sure everything you need cut is cut and ready to go. You want meat cut into small, thin strips at the largest. Vegetables can vary in size but the tougher the vegetable the smaller the piece you probably want.
Start off with a preheat on High in your pan for three minutes.
Add in oil (I like sesame oil, even though it has a low smoke point, if you are contently moving it around it's fine)
Add in any hard vegetables (Like onion, Carrot, Celery) that will require more cooking first. Add in dry herbs or spices. Cook for several minutes.
Push vegetables to side of the pan.
Add in garlic and raw meat to the center(If using raw meat that is!).
Cook for several minutes until meat is no longer pink.
Add in softer vegetables (Snow peas, peppers, Bean sprouts, etc.)
Add in cooked meats. (I used some cut up chicken tenders here actually).
Cook to just lightly cook and then add in sauce and any fresh herbs. (IN this picture I used about a 1/4 cup of hoisin sauce. )
Toss for a couple of minutes and plate.
I served this with Quinoa but you can use rice or whatever you might like.
Stir Frying is quick, easy, healthy, and tasty!

If anyone has questions on making a stir-fry, or anything else culinary, please ask as I love to help. :)

Dry herbs? Not to many...
Ground Ginger, potentially five-spice powder if you like (I like it myself), garlic, potentially could use basil though I much prefer the fresh for oriental cooking. All the others are technically spices.
Using Fresh Basil or Fresh Cilantro at the end are really good. Dry Basil can be nice but I am not a fan of dry cilantro, I feel it just lacks any appropriate flavor at all.
I hope that helps some. :)
