This is just so awesome! Horses are such lovely , awesome creatures. Looks like mama is saying do not get to close to my baby! Or am I misreading those ears of hers? I love foals they are so playful and adorable. Plus they are the renewal of life each spring as are all new born critters. Born in the rain you say? No barn to be born in? Love how they were named.

Nah they're wee hardy connemara/welsh ponies, so they just live out. They'll be brought in when the weather gets colder, but for now its warm enough for them to stay out and they have a very well shelterd feild to live in so it's not too bad, dont worry (:

Aw yes out is very healthy for all critters as long as they can find shelter if it is needed. indeed I am guessing you are entering summer over their just as we are here in the US. So it would be nice for them. So in other words their in an ideal setting at the moment. Sunshine and shelter out of doors very cool. You are so lucky to have horses.

Yup indeed , when around them learn their language an yer just fine.

I figured, awesome place there. I spent two years in England in the early 90's while serving in the air force. 95'-97' to be exact. I loved it there reminded me alot of home cause the climate and weathter was almost the same as here. Loved the history in yer country. Yes summer is awesome for the wee ones. :)

:P lotsa baby animals out at the moment. we have an abundance of rabbits though ¬.¬ and they just cause trouble!

It was cool, always fun to visit new places and see new things, I would love to visit again in the future if money and time allow.

Indeed spring brings them out. Yup you do have those ther to be sure and they wreak all kinds of havoc. Plus they get diseases that they can spread to domestic animals and humans too. We had to get rid of the colonies of rabbits that resided on base because they would com into the hangers when they were sick and diseased, they also had a habit of getting on the flight line and access roads and end up getting run over. they finely got local farmers with their tractors and plows to come on base and level the ground to get rid of the burrows and dens thus ridding us of the rabbits. So yup I hear ya on the rabbit issue. So what kinds of troubles do they cause folks like you?

Indeed, one most often is, they are such lovely awesome creatures that love if they are loved and very affectionate too. Good listeners too if one is needing a friend to talk to and get something off their chest when they do not wish to talk to another human.

ughh they make a mess of the fields where our horses are so we have to go and fill them in as the horses could break a leg if they dont see the rabbit burrows :/
they make a mess of our gardens too XD and i have a pet one, so i dont want her getting maximatouses :S the disease they're prone to getting this time of the year :/

The show was quite good yesterday. but i remmeber it years ago and it was much better then. still i got some really yummy fudge to keep this mutt happy X3 omnomnomnom

Yeah it would be fun. It is always interesting to see what has taken place as you say, things never stay the same. Just like when I took a trip back to eastern Washington where I attended college form 98'-02'. I went back in 08' and could not even find my way around the area because so much new developments had taken place and new roads had been put in. Here at home things have changed too because all the landscaping we have done around the house and the brush clearing that has taken place. There is much truth in that saying that nothing ever stays the same. Also it would be fun to visit to meet a friend in person once a friendship has been created. Gives a body a better reason to revisit an area. Im just curious would you like to chat sometime?

Lots of them to be sure.
That they would just like the ground squirrels that live in eastern Washington they burrow everywhere and make all kinds of hazards for horses and humans alike, so I can understand what it would be like for you folks. so yeah you would have yer work cut out for you protecting yer horses. To bad you can not shoot rabbits like we shoot gophers and ground squirrels here or any other critter that is creating a mess or causing trouble. Of course if you find that cruel than it still would not be an option of course. Yeah I have seen how rabbits goof up gardens, with us here the garden wreckers are deer and raccoons, they tend to sample everything that comes up. A pet bunny? What breed would yer friendly ball of fluffy softness be? There is such a variety of domestics out there and they are all so colorful and cute. I can understand why you would dread the prospect of her getting sick, it is such an awful disease and no one wants to see their pets suffer and die. Is there no inoculation for it to keep her from contracting the disease? I saw many rabbits during the summer getting sick on base and it was not a pretty sight. Worst way to go for bunny if ya ask me. So I again understand. No animal should suffer. Lets hope for yer sake miss fluffy bun does not get sick. I watched our collie get really sick from blood born illness years ago when she got bit by a coyote. Towards the end she could not see and she was staggering around and would just fall over. We put her down cause we knew it would only get worse. So again i hope for yer she she never contracts it. It sucks watching a friend die.

Well cool the way they should be. If the horse shows in your area are becoming like the fairs and shows we have here folks are not getting involved and working with animals and doing outdoors stuff like they once did. There is less taking place and fewer people that enter them . I have noticed this trend over the years starting clear back when I was in high school. There is also the fact that it is becoming more costly to raise animals and not the land to do it on. We use to have horse all up and down the valley when I was young and now their are almost none. Folks have divided up the fields and sold the land to build homes. Plus starting with my generation kids became more interested in playing video games and watching tv and movies. It has gotten to the point that most have no desire to do anything physical or set foot outdoors if it is not necessary. That's why we have the issue here, not sure how it is in England. Sorry I went off on a roundabout road there.
Fudge you say, was it handmade ? I love fudge my mother makes it for Christmas, as do many of the ladies I work with. I have had many different flavors and styles over the years and they are always best when they are homemade with love and care. The love and care gives them that extra special ingredient. :) Well I hope you did not get it all over yer lovely white paws and face! Of course a friend would have fun licking it off for you if ya did. :) Nice to know you could find something yummy to satisfy yer sweet tooth. Baby pigmy goats, those little guys are always so cute, they stay cute even fully grown do to their small stature and cute little faces. Very cool.

Haha, no we quite happily shoot rabbits. Gotta control the population somehow! My cat is also a very good rabbit hunter :3 she frequently has one. that and the odd mouse, but she prefares playing with them XD
My rabbit is a french-dutch and shes a tri-color :3 so i named her butterscotch XD it was jut so fitting. I's hate for her to die from a disease :/ and theres no cure for it. But my dogs and cat keep the rabbits away from the part of the garden in which i keep her, so thats pretty good :3

awwwk im so sorry to hear about your dog D: it's always more upsetting when a dog dies. they just seem to be the sort of animals that connect most with people :( ~<3

The show still has lots of attractioins, with sheep and cattle and horses and carraige driving classes and tractors and machinery and stuff, but it's lost some of the cool stalls they sued to have and things like that. i suppose its just always better when you're a little kid as tyou think it's the best thing in the world XDDD

Aw I see. Indeed they breed so quickly and over take an area.well very cool , cats are that way sometimes or neighbor has a cat that goes after moles. We had a cat named foots that would catch and eat adult rabbits. Course he was a rather large kitty weighing in at around 20lbs. He was all muscle. He would take down rabbits twice his size. So yup I can picture yer kitty with her prey. Yeah cats have a habit of doing that sometimes. Our little Timmy(The little male we have now) is a killer that will stalk and torture anything he can over power. I have had to put several little critters out of their misery because of him.

She sounds like a very pretty little bunny. Love multicolored critters. Lovely name , very pretty sounding too. Indeed it would be. Well ya, she's yer little pet bun bun, always hurtful and sad when pets die, so I get ya on that. I figured their was no cure. Well that is awesome that yer other pets protect her from her bad cousins.

Well thanks, it was along time ago so the pain has gone. I agree, they do make a bigger impression indeed. I think the main reason is they are not as proud and independent as cats and will always come to be by yer side and just hang with ya when you need it. They seem to empathize with us.

Aw i see, sounds very much like the annual fairs we have here in the US. Have all kinds of events, animals, venders, carnival rides etc.. But as you say we two keep losing animal displays. they just seem to shrink more and more each year as folks seem t lose interest. It has gotten so bad over the years that they have stopped charging to get into the fair to up attendance. Yeah as a little kid everything is new and exciting as one gets older it seems to get old and boring in some aspects. I would love to see how one of yer events compares to our fairs. Plus I have found anything is better when you have good friend to do it with.;)

Aw I see , yeah fudge always tends to taste awesome. Hum interesting I have never before heard or seen the word beautiful used to describe taste, how interesting. *looks at yer coot drooling face,says,"must taste good if yer slobbering that much cute little mutt!"* You and me both, anything chocolaty is my favorite. I have to be care cause I will get to fat if I i indulge my sweet tooth to much,plus rotting teeth are not pleasant thing either. Had to already pay big dollars for cavity repairs in the past, but yes sweet stuff is tasty and awesome.

It is and yet another way to describe food stuffs that I have never seen used before. You are and interesting person to be sure im thinking you would be fun to be with in person. Yes indeed try doing it. always good to learn new things and cooking is fun, you might surprise yerself with how well you do and what you come up with. Asking ones mum is awesome too. I bet she does.
