Wow, lookng good. I really like the sense of energy giving by the contrast between the steadiness with which the tongue moves and the wild flapping of the shoulderline. The idea of smoothly and clearly animating the focus of interest while allowing things on the periphery to behave with more wildness may be a way to put more energy into animations that appear in comic panels, seems like a possible technique to try with a webcomic that has animated emphasis panels as part of the storytelling.

I see this especially applicable in making a porn comic, where you would want to animate copulation/swell-and-bump/stroke-arcs in a very precise loop that emphasized what you were making hot, so you had a studiable frozen moment, and then everything else outside of that focus is just vibrating and indistinct.
