I Appreciate Faves. But I would like to hear your thoughts about my art~ So... PLEASE COMMENT! BEFORE FAVING!!
Thank you~❤Uh yeah I was trying something new ^^;I seen some artist doing this though I am sure I have done this wrong. But hey I think I did good for a first try 8D I want to try this again X3 lol
I chose Misaki to do this since she is somewhat of a easy and simple color theme to try this XD Plus it's been awhile since I drew this girl o3o; I may use her again when I try this trick XD See if I can make it less blurry lol
But anywho! Took me a few days to do this x.x So I am up to any and all Critiques on how to improve ^^; But please no bad Critiques. I want to improve. Any bad crits will be hidden.
Enjoy~

I'm not sure what program you use but to get things a little clearer perhaps try erasing the edges on every layer after you lay down a colour or shade, work to keeping those lines together and not so blurry. also perhaps instead of using black or dark grey for your shadows, just try a darker shade of the colour that is there, some people including myself add in colours to the shadows that aren't exactly there to get vibrancy. For example with that turquoise colour you can gradually make the shadows into dark blue or possibly a slight violet tint, takes a lot of practice but the end result is effective :)
the only example I can give of this shading method is something done in coloured pencils but it can still be applied to digital art http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6417649/

I tried that and failed x.x But I did try again with this coloring style. the picture is now less blurry. But I want to know what you think? http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7959699/
It's hard to say, I'd be able to give a bit more input if U understood the scheme you where going for, but it's hard to tell
Perhaps you could keep some of the blur effect, but instead sharpen the lines, for exaample like around the eyes to the face, or the body to the cloths. I'd be interested to see if you get it figured out at all

This looks interesting to say the least, lol. I'd like to see more of this, but like others have stated, it needs less blur ^^;
My suggestion? Trying using really thin, gray lines and then maybe editing them out. That should be close enough to give you the effect you were trying to pull off here ;3
I wish I was around to see whoever that rude dude up there was so I could hunt him down xP

Looking good for a first try. But it is abit blurry. And some places does look off. Like the Eyes. I don't know how to do this just yet. But I do love to try this style myself. I believe you were trying the Paint style? Honestly I don't what advice to give since I don't use SAI or know how to use it atm XP But only thing I can I can say is Practice makes perfect.
