Today's her birthday, and I really wanted to draw something for her since she has always supported my art hobby. She holds a lot of native American beliefs, and considers the hawk her "medicine". We also have a few hawk families in our back woods, so this is sort of a homage to them as well.

This was taken with my cell phone under a less than ideal light source, so the quality is abysmal, but I don't think the paper will fit inside any kind of scanner.

Used a few photo refs of red-tails for the markings, goddamn these guys are stripey.
