I decided to design another naga character because I love to draw the bit that connects the human part to the snake part. its always a lot of fun and I'm not sure why. Anyway, this guy's name is Axel and the reason he's breathing smoke is that hes a quarter dragon. I think he looks like he's gonna pounce his tail like a dog.
