Round about last year we did have the page wiped of about 800 pictures by a mod. But about a month after that another mod told us we were allowed to do it. Since then we've gotten notes from individuals asked to remove pictures. But nothing since that trouble has been said to us. I can only guess it's because we are a group instead of an individual.
Yes I have a Group myself
Could it have been since I uploaded them in Bulk? I really want to get the group up and running fully but once I get a semi descent camera and upload some pics from our events I get a msg from a Admin don't wanna make this comment to long but maybe we could talk about this sometime in note or messengers sometime.

Putting a Chev engine in a Foxbody? Disgraceful.
I own 2 of these cars (neither one in pretty condition like this, of course) and to replace the beauty, simplicity, reliability and torque of a 5.0L with a chev engine disturbs me deeply.
If you want to drag, sure, but for a car that isn't junk, keep the stock engine. It's got more than enough power to eat most of the roadgoing competition you'll meet at red lights.

You have to remember that was with a 2-barrel carb and all the smog-crap still attached, I believe.
A simple 4-barrel, snip the smog, you have 210hp, and 280-300lb-ft of torque. That's still not lots, but a few cheap parts and the numbers really start to climb.
And I guess I'm lucky when it comes to finding parts because I've never had a problem with finding anything.
These mustangs were a dime-a-dozen and the used they 5.0's in pickups, mercuries, lincolns, the LTD, etc. Heck the guy across the alley from my house has one and has given me enough parts to build a brand new 5.0 out of nothing but parts.

This would have had a Holley 4180, which was an odd sized four-barrel, assuming it's a GT.
The issue with the 5.0L's in these was the fact that Ford put so many different 5.0L's in the fox body's full run.
There was the 302 "H.O.", the standard 302 w/two barrel carb, standard 302 with four barrel carb, 302 EFI, and 302 EFI "H.O." (just off the top of my head)
The issue with the 302 "H.O." was that it was developed by Roush, and the parts are very difficult to find. Even at Ford Dealers, they will come up with parts for the standard 302, not the H.O.
The nightmare on trying to find the correct belt tensioner and a rear deck lid lead me to part with my Fox Body. Not to mention the cost of new tires (because I didn't want to get rid of the stock rims)

Damn I wish I knew what the heck mine was. I get parts for it all the time and everything seems to work, so I guess I must have the "standard" 302.
But if you think finding parts for a Fox Mustang is hard, just try getting anything at all (interior/body) for a '79 Capri Fox. It just...there is nothing.

I believe the '79 Capri held common interior components with the Ghia-trim Mustang, which was a rare breed itself.
And I know the non-common body components for the Capri and the '83 Convertibles were both done by Cars and Concepts of Brighton, MI. Parts were pretty readily available until they closed (got bought out) in 1987.
What year fox body do you own?
