Shifting Stratum: Mountain Hike
Round two of the competitive Choose Your Own Adventure Shifting Stratum! This round we enter Mountain Hike, the second stratum! As they progress farther into the game, are four players find themselves with more and more unfamiliar forms. They continue on, not even knowing if clearing the game will really return them to their original forms but unable to escape from atop the game board they don't have any direction to head but forward.
Now they explore the seemingly life size mountains that once looked like plastic figures and explore winding trails, and three more stratum of challenge remain after this.
Don't forget at the end of each round even if you're not a player you can still participate and vote in the bonus rounds at the end for who gets the bonus points and who gets the bonus TFs.

Walker: Hmph... I hope the spirits decide to give me some points.... I had the WORST luck on that blasted mountain... And YOU didn't help matters much, attacking me at every step, little wolf... consider yourself lucky that I'm a peaceful guy, since right now, to my species, you look like a snack!" Walker grumped, before looking at the others... "The rest of you okay?" He asks, sitting down to rest, exhausted by the bloody climb...
Walker looks at the Almighty Potion he's holding onto... He's trying to make up his mind... she DID help him before, but it would be VERY useful for the future, and he did NOT want to go shopping again, in last place... He finally turned to her... "Erika, if the spirits say so, I think I'll use this thing so you can talk... ok?"
While I dos likes the shrinking, it's the die rolls. I'd actually like to see a bit more species shenanigans, which outnumber the AR and shrinking by a lot but seem to get missed a lot.
Hoping someone eventually hits the Species Curse Mark.

I have restoration cards that do it, I in general avoided growth for two reasons.
One, I dislike growth with great intensity.
And two well growth would be bad if someone kept getting hit by a growth card and became normal sized or large enough to walk off the game board.

And Brian gets to shrink more. Because even though I kinda like his brazenness in screwing everyone over, I'm more interested in setting some sort of size record. And there's already that curse mark! Exponential growth! YAY!
As for Walker's own request... on the one hand that's rather noble of you, but on the other hand would it actually work? It just says "select any species age and size", and nothing else. I guess she might get her voice back when she stops being a cat, but if that's the case that'll probably happen like, 1 or 2 turns in the next stratum.

So... did Yoshi's Shift Feral curse just not 'stick'? Or does it only apply for one turn?
I vote Yoshi as favorite, not because he needs the points, but because of his spot-on Darth Vader impression.
