Meet Lophii Parrish.
she is the persona of Piper Leveque

on a side note, theres a nifty little story behind her name design.
the species of anglerfish (yknow, the ones that have the little lantern thingie)
have the scientific designation of Lohpiiformes.
the reason? see all of the light neon green rimming on her? all of that glows. but only when she wears the cloak/hood.
so thus Lophii. neat huh?
as for parrish, well, it just sounds cool XD
fyi, this is the first pic ive inked and colored EVER without the help of photoshop....
