Hm...I wonder if my choice as a genie is under another reason than myself, a being that grants wishes and makes a person happy (in theory) but can end up mostly enjoying the wisher's company and please itself sometimes inadvertently making the wishes backfire and possibly ruin them in the long run. After such making the wisher either toss it away or wishes it never met the genie.
Or I could just be reading a lot more into myself than I should be. Its fun to look back, and its fun to look at them now.
