Adult Arisu shares a secret with her younger self, and I think the point hits home. It's just the truth, we do make choices that make us "grow up" and age. Some of those choices are our own making, some of them made for us, but knowing we can always look back on those memories and feel comfortable being our little selves again is a treasure.
