this is the correct oufit, chaz's casual wear. he's testing out a goo restraint system for kicks, which is why he's not distressed looking or anything.

Everything seems to be optimal with the restraints. Now if they can hold a GELF like Red, they'll definitely be a confirmed maximum security restraint XD

HIS FOOT ISNT TOO FAR UP IS IT i swear i agonized over that

i'm not at a point where i'm skilled enough in drawing muscle tone to suggest it was a great effort to lift it that far, either :B

Nah, it's perfectly fine. :D I'm not too picky about precise heights or anything, just that I find it silly that some stuck pictures on the internet have the character lifting their foot a ridiculously long distance and the goo strands being thin like mozarella, enough to make you ask "Why can't they just walk out and scrape it off?" The goo here looks thick enough to hold him in place pretty firmly, so everything works out!
