What about the EF 70-200mm f2.8L IS USM with the 1.4x (or the 2x) Teleconverter?
Or the EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM with the Teleconverter?
Or the Teleconverter with your 100mm macro.

I would choose the first option the 70-200mm f2.8L is amazing ^^' but a bit expensive...
