This is part 3 of my series of short dragon vore stories. This starts one day after Part 2.
A broken shard of a mirror.. A temple with a collapsed rooftop.. A man wearing a white trenchcoat sitting on a bench.. Great bright sunlight.. Large red eyes gazing from the sky..
A rooster called it's early morning KAKAW! Sarah slowly opened her eyes to the wooden ceiling of her room. Bright sunlight came in through the window, illuminating the chamber that Sarah and her companions called home. She slowly got up to a sitting position and lazily moved her blankets aside. She was always a slow waker, every time she woke up she still felt dead tired for about five minutes and then afterwards she would be fine for the rest of the day. Looking down at the wooden floor she spotted her brown running shoes and slowly put them on. Today was going to be another long day of serving drinks to rude, horny men in a dirty, smelly inn that would not even pass a health inspector's expectations for a low-grade fast food joint. She put on a dark purple shirt and green striped, brown pants. She got up off from the bed and saw that everyone else, even Jessica, had gotten up before her. She let out a prolonged sigh and started making her way to the door at the opposite end of the room.
As she exited the room, the sounds of merriment and the collection of many untalented chanters came to her ears. Even this early the inn was packed with people. She slowly glided down the narrow wooden corridor and descended a small flight of wooden stairs, where several steps creaked. As she suspected the inn was loaded with fresh customers, although the inn was not completely full. Foul smelling smoke reached her nostrils which also covered a small portion of the ceiling from sight. This wasn't one of those nice, clean bars where everyone was neatly separated into smoking and non-smoking sections. Instead everyone was allowed to smoke when they want, where they want, how they want. In the latter, many of the customers preferred to smoke with pipes although a few enlightened smokers were capable of rolling a cigarette. Sarah coughed a little before slowly making her way to the bar where Jessica desperately tried to keep up with the demand. When it came to work, Jessica was pretty much as useless as a human being can be. Sarah has had to constantly pull double-time seeing as Jessica couldn't do more than one order at a time. "Sarah, these orders are coming in like crazy! Help me out will ya!", Jessica shouted over the roar of the patrons. Sarah silently went behind the bar and put on a stained white apron. A very, very long day.
By Sarah's taste, the bar was poorly stockpiled. There were only three types of drinks (Wine, Beer and something called Ralduun Ale), no blender and no ice. Tips were usually high however, seeing as many of the drunks were too smashed to realize what they were doing and that most were men. Jessica needed constant reminding of how to properly take orders and usually needs help when she needs to carry more than two drinks at a time. The number of customers did not decrease over the course of the next few hours. For every two that walked out, two came in to sit down and Sarah and Jessica had very little time to take breathers. It was a busy day alright until the flow of drunks began to slow and the two workers could finally slow down a little themselves.
Five hours into the day, Sarah walked through the tight spaces between the pot-bellied men to deliver some drinks to a table at the opposite end of the inn. After delivering five beers and one Ralduun Ale, she noticed something out of the corner of her eye. She turned to see it better. In the corner, a woman was sitting at a small table. In a small ocean of singing laughing men this woman stood out like a diamond among a handful of sand. She wore a black robe, although it wasn't exactly a robe. It lacked a hood and it was too short since her feet were clearly visible. Her shoes were of dark red leather and a small brown cord was tied around her waist. Her hair was of a shade of strawberry red and she wore dark thick spectacles. Sarah would have called them sunglasses if they didn't look like something that belonged to an astrologist. Unlike her merry fellows nearby, this woman was quiet and seemed content to simply spin a coin on her table over and over again. This too was odd. The coin itself was a mere copper coin, even from where Sarah was standing (about 8 feet away) she could see this. It was the hand that beckoned its constant, quick dance, a dance that even ballet dancers couldn't hope to mimic, that was incredible. It was a small hand like that of a noblewoman that moved with an expert's grace. Whenever the coin would fall she would cause it to spin again on her first attempt and the coin never spun out of control. Not once did she see the coin fall off the table, nor did she see the coin move in any other direction for that matter. It always fell at the exact same spot.
She stared with fascinated curiosity for several minutes. The woman's head turned as well. They stared at each other.. A tap on her shoulder woke Sarah from her trance, "More coming in, come on.", Jessica said. Sarah turned her head back to see Jessica with a tired look on her face. Sarah turned back to the woman and noticed that she resumed her coin spinning. Sarah needed to talk to her. She needed to..
The flow of new customers had stopped completely now, Sarah sat down and wiped her forehead with a dirty napkin. It was incredibly hot in here and she just couldn't stop sweating. She wanted to take a break when Jessica shoved a pitcher right under her nose. It was half full with crimson wine and the freshness of this particular batch came to her nostrils like the charge of an angered army. It was served in a pitcher because there were no fancy wine glasses. "Someone just payed this for you.", Jessica explained. "Who?", Sarah asked. "That woman in the corner." Sarah quickly got up and began to scan the waves of patrons searching for that woman. "Go ahead, go see her.", Jessica suggested. "Are you sure?", Sarah questioned nervously. "The rush hour has passed, we've both earned ourselves some time off.", Jessica answered with a weak smile. Sarah grabbed her pitcher and continued her search.
She found the woman quickly enough. She was still spinning that copper coin with the same determination and skill as before. She only lifted her gaze after Sarah had sat down at the table opposite her. They looked at each other. "Who are you?", Sarah inquired. "Sandra.", she said. "Sarah." Sandra picked up the coin and dropped it in her pocket with one smooth motion and smiled. "So tell me, why is someone as pretty as you serving drinks in such a rundown drinking establishment?" Sandra's voice was calm, soothing, and kind, much like the tone of voice that a psychologist takes when a patient comes in to visit them. "Why is someone as quiet as you in the most noisiest place in town?" Sandra chuckled at this and said, "I just wanted to be near people for a while I guess, now for my question." " Needed money.", Sarah said plainly. Sandra chuckled again and Sarah had one of the most pleasant conversations she's had in a while. During their conversation, Sandra asked, "Do you believe in dragons?" This took Sarah completely by surprise, a question out of the blue. "Uh.. no." "Why not?" "Because dragons don't exist except in stories." "Oh? Who told you that I wonder?" Sarah opened her mouth to give a reply, but she had none. "Ahh, I see. What would you think if I told you otherwise?", Sandra asked. "I'd think you were either drunk or insane." Sandra did not reply to this and didn't mention it again.
15 minutes later, Sandra stood up, "TIme flies Sarah, I have something important to prepare for. May this day be as fulfilling as all others." "I hope we can see each other again.", Sarah said. Sandra started to walk away and said in a hushed whispering voice, as if to herself, "Don't worry, you will.." Before departing, Sandra reached into her pocket and flipped a coin at Sarah who caught it with ease. It was a solid gold coin. Sarah wanted to thank her, but within seconds the first person outside of her circle of friends that Sarah considered tolerable in this new world was out the front door of The Platinum River.
The rest of the day was uneventful as the patrons of The Platinum River slowly made their way out to enjoy the rest of the evening. Listening in on some conversations, Sarah learned that preparations for some sort of celebration were beginning tomorrow. They called it "Atkalaar", The Festival of Change. A change in what Sarah wasn't exactly sure. She did know that it had something to do with the end of summer and the beginning of spring. Changing of the seasons perhaps? It didn't matter to Sarah. All this told her that herself and her friends: Ben, John, and her sister Jessica, would more than likely have to participate in the preparations. Tomorrow was going to be another long day.
John arrived looking so tired that it almost looked like he was going to collapse right there inside the inn. As he walked inside their room he flopped onto his bed, apparently uncaring that he was still wearing all of his clothing and fell asleep in minutes. Ben came soon after in a similar shape except his clothing had been dirtied by flour. Jessica and Sarah were already in bed when their two male friends arrived. Slowly they all gave in to the dark embrace of sleep.
White curtains flapping in a breezeless chamber.. Fire dancing around an unknown symbol on the floor of a great hall.. A bleeding eye.. Two swords laid on an intricate cloth.. Falling.. Falling..
Sarah awoke similarly to yesterday, to the timed call of a rooster. Also like yesterday she awoke slowly and put on her clothes and running shoes. But as she came down from her room, the inn was empty except for two people, Jessica and the inn's owner, Carl. "About time you girls get up.", Carl said with a rough, deep voice. "What is it Carl?", Sarah asked with a hint of annoyance in her voice. "Atkalaar's 'bout to begin, we'll need a lot more wine and beer than usual. Michael will be taking care of the beer, you and Jessica get your skinny little asses down to the grape fields to restock our wine." Sarah knew what Carl was talking about. A large grape field outside of town was supplying The Platinum River with wine. It was pretty far away, far enough to make a two-way trip last all day. She also knew that Michael was another worker at the inn. She nodded in acceptance, "Okay Carl. we'll be back as soon as possible." Sarah and Jessica ate breakfast, packed some water and began their long hike to the grape field.
A distinguishable trail allowed them to make some good time on the road, but after a few hours of walking the trail become less and less distinct and it became very difficult for them to stay on course. After a few hours, "Uh, Sarah? Haven't we seen this place before?" They were in one of the forest's many clearings, which all looked very similar. This one however had a large rock in it's centre that towered above the trees. It didn't look like anything in particular, just a large mass of dented grey. "Yes, we have.", Sarah looked around worriedly, "I think we're lost." "Oh, wonderful! What do we do now?" Sarah thought for a moment, "Let's climb that rock and try to determine in which direction we should be walking." Jessica didn't want to climb, but knew that if Sarah went up alone she could fall and no one would be able to help her. They grasped the nooks and crannies carved into the rock and shortly made their way to the top.
The sun was beating down on them hard today. They started to look out on the horizon, drinking what little water they brought with them, to try to spot the large grape field. Just a few mountains, lots of trees and a large black speck in the sky. Sarah didn't pay any mind to it until it started getting bigger. Sarah found this odd and began concentrating on the black shape. It was a winged animal of some sort, and it was coming towards them with breathtaking speed. As it neared, Sarah saw that it was a large dragon. Sarah's eyes widened, she whirled around and yelled, "Jessica!" Jessica turned around and also saw the shape, but before either of them could start climbing back down, two large claws grabbed them right off the tip of the rock and clenched them tight. Sarah and Jessica were now trapped in chains of flesh and blood.
WInd whipped across both their faces as they soared across the sky, numbing them. Sarah glanced upwards and looked directly at the large scaled crest on the creature's chest. She then closed her eyes again as the wind continued to lash at her face.
This flight lasted about 10 minutes before the sisters felt that they were descending. Sarah opened her eyes again and saw that they were approaching a cliff that descended into a valley. It slowly glided towards the ground and landed. It then released its two catches onto the ground.
The girls wasted no time getting back up. Jessica kept her eye on the dragon with trepidation and Sarah glanced behind her to look into the valley. It was 40 feet deep and a small creek ran along it. Sarah then turned her gaze back to the dragon.
It was a black scaled dragon that was at least 25 feet tall, with a very prominent crest on its chest. Its claws ended in long black scythe blades that could cut anyone right open. A row of spines protruded from the dragon's back which split into two rows along the creature's long serpentine tail with an arrowhead-like shape at the end. The tail slowly wagged from left to right in a steady and graceful movement, never touching the ground. Its wings were expanded, which tip to tip must have measured 35 feet, they were leathery. On top of its head rested two large horns that curved backwards, almost touching the back of the dragon's neck. Then Sarah saw its eyes. Piercing red orbs of fire that almost seemed to gaze into her very mind. The dragon's eyes were reptilian and had a mix of looking terrifying and beautiful at the same time.
The dragon began to pace towards them and the girls would've backed up if the cliff weren't right behind them. They had a choice between taking a 40 foot drop hoping to land in a creek that for all they knew could be only 2 feet deep or fighting a giant dragon with their bare hands. They had no time to decide as the dragon brought down each of its claws right on top of them, trapping them again. They struggled for a bit, but quickly gave in when they realized they were trying to outmuscle a dragon. The dragon stared at the two helpless humans beneath it and gave a large grin that revealed its large white fangs.
Sarah wondered what the dragon was going to do to them. Sandra would especially be laughing at her right now for not believing her before. The dragon lifted its left claw off of Jessica and gingerly picked her up by her legs. "Let me go!", she shouted. The dragon lifted her up to eye level and the eyes of both locked together. Jessica was afraid, she looked afraid too. Then the dragon smelled her a bit and lifted Jessica above its head and opened its maw. Jessica looked down with horror as she saw the saliva drenched fangs, forked pink tongue and the throat of the dragon. She now knew what the dragon wanted to do and panicked. She began to flail around uncontrollably. The dragon took little notice and dropped Jessica into its mouth. Although the landing was soft, Jessica was still panicking as the dragon's tongue began to lick her and she quickly became covered in its saliva.
Sandra did not like the way this human tasted at all. Even before she started she had doubts that Jessica would taste good since she didn't really smell right. Also, there was this strange powdery consistency that she didn't enjoy at all. The sensation was at its most intense when she licked Jessica's face since Sandra did not know that Jessica puts on way too much makeup. Sandra decided not to savour this and get it over with.
Sarah watched with astonishment as the dragon closed its maw and swallowed Jessica. She was literally swallowed alive and whole, and the small lump which was her sister slowly descended down the dragon's long scaly throat until it vanished into its chest. Sarah knew that she was next. "Please, we haven't done anything to you, spit her out, please." Sarah said weakly. The dragon lowered its massive head inches away from Sarah's and said, "She'll be fine. You'll be fine. I would never hurt either of you." It was a female voice, calm, soothing, like a breeze during a warm summer day. Sarah had heard it before. "Sandra?" The dragon gave its wide smile again except this wasn't an evil grin, but a happy smile. "So? Do you believe in dragons now?" Sarah smiled and tears began to form in her eyes, not of sorrow, but of joy. "I can't believe it's actually you." Sarah freed her arms and placed both of them on Sandra's muzzle. Sandra obviously liked that and gave out a small purring sound.
Sarah knew what Sandra wanted to do and asked, "Won't we die though if you eat us?" "No. You won't. It will not even hurt." Sandra picked up Sarah with her claw and brought her face-to-face. "Are you sure about this?", Sarah asked nervously. "Positive." Sandra began to smell Sarah, she smelled much better than Jessica did. Shortly after, Sandra brought out her tongue and started licking Sarah. It was one of the oddest feelings Sarah felt in her life, but it also felt good in a strange way. Her breath though wasn't the best smelling stuff in the world and her saliva covered her now. After smelling her, Sandra opened her maw and gently placed Sarah into her mouth up to her stomach. She then lifted her head up to the sky and gulped the rest of Sarah into her maw.
Sarah was a little afraid when she saw Sandra's maw, especially her fangs. But her fear disappeared once she actually got inside. Besides Sandra's saliva getting everywhere and her breath, it was actually kind of pleasant. Breathing was relatively easy except for the occasional gob of saliva that would get in her mouth. Also it was also pretty comfortable come to think about it. As Sarah adjusted to her new surroundings, Sandra began to move her tongue around to continue licking her. This went on for several minutes before Sandra decided to stop. She lifted her head to the sky so Sarah could slide closer to her throat then she gave one hard swallow. Like before, a small lump appeared and descended Sandra's throat until it went into her chest.
Going down Sandra's throat felt like sliding down one of those enclosed tunnels in a waterslide at the pool. Except she went much slower, it was much narrower, and the water wasn't just beneath you. The pressure made it a little harder to breath, but not very much. She descended slowly until the pressure disappeared and she was dropped into the stomach.
She landed onto a wet surface and slowly sat up. "Sarah?" Sarah recognized the terrified voice of her twin sister and followed it. She reached out to touch Jessica and felt her arm. She sat down beside her. "What are we going to do? We're going to die!" "No we are not." "What are you talking about!? We're inside a dragon's stomach Sarah! We have to get out!" "Jessica.. Trust me. Please." Sarah's tone had turned very grave and serious, Jessica did not say another word.
Sandra opened her maw and licked the inside of her top jaw. "That was much better.", Sandra thought. She closed her maw and twitched. She felt a slight movement inside her, but it quickly ceased. Sandra was thankful that they weren't running around in there, punching or kicking her stomach. She found it uncomfortable. Also, even though she didn't like the way Jessica tasted at all, it felt much better to have two people inside her instead of just one. Sandra turned and launched herself into the sky once again.
A couple hours later, a few workers at the grape field were still waiting on the two ladies Carl said would be arriving to deliver their shipment of wine. Suddenly, Sarah and Jessica emerged from the forest, drenched in saliva (though the workers did not know this). "What took ya so long? What happened to you two? Get lost?" Sarah and Jessica looked at each other. Sarah turned back and said, "Yes, we got lost." They said nothing else.
On a rocky plateau, not too far away, a woman dressed in a black robe stared up at the glaring sun. She brought down her spectacles and two large, reptilian red eyes dared to match the sun's gaze. Sandra smiled and her eyes disappeared once again under the shroud of her spectacles.
