This is part 2 of my series of short dragon vore stories.
Dreams are usually very fleeting things that we cannot remember after their end, but Ben was special when it came to dreams. He was one of those people that could remember them with perfect clarity.
He had arrived at a house. A house that was old enough to not be considered brand new, but not old enough to be decrepit. It was night as far as he could tell and it was very quiet except for the sound of his own breathing. The house was painted bright white, which stood out in the cool night air and he slowly made his way to the wooden front door. This wasn't his house and yet he wanted to go inside, to see whatever may be waiting for him, friendly, hostile, or neutral. It didn't matter, he just had this feeling that there was something important he needed to see. He grabbed the round iron doorknob and turned it. Surprisingly, the door was unlocked and the door opened without a single creak. Inside it was pitch black, so black that even when his eyes adjusted to the darkness he still couldn't make out even the basic forms of possible obstacles. Ben stepped into the blackness despite his inability to see. If there were a table or similar piece of furniture in the centre of what he figured to be a corridor, he would've walked right into it. But there was nothing as he paced down the corridor, feeling the walls with his hands for a light switch or something.
As he walked, his feet followed a steady rhythm of right foot, left foot coming down on the hard wooden floor. Until his left foot came down and it came down on.. nothing. As if he plunged his foot into an invisible pit Ben lost his momentum and tumbled forward incapable of keeping his balance. As he fell forward, it almost felt like being dropped into a body of water, and yet there was no water, only darkness. He floated in empty air. He swerved around and saw a light. It was very small, almost like a candlelight. He began to swim his way towards the light. It got bigger and bigger and bigger. He stretched out to touch it and..
Ben woke up with a start and began to rub his temple and eyes with his right hand. Bright moonlight illuminated the room through the single window. He was in a room with four beds with a small table next to each. His other three friends were sleeping comfortably. He reached with his right hand to his table to put on his hat, but then remembered that he had to give it away to pay for their room.
John had been right, he did see a village in the distance and a pretty large one at that. Their entrance was slightly unusual seeing that John was half-naked (something that he still did not tell the others about yet) and more than a couple heads had turned to stare at the newcomers as they entered the dusty streets of the town. They entered an inn called The Platinum River, by the standards of the townsfolk it was a place that fell a nat's wing short of luxurious. To John and his companions, it was dirty, smelly, and more than a little over-crowded. They had asked for a room and some decent food, but they quickly realized that their paper money was useless in this other world. In fact, when Jessica tried to give the barkeep a 10$ bill he looked at it offensively and tore it to pieces. He did accept the coins, calling them silver coins, but they fell a bit short of paying their tab. Ben gave up his hat to repay John a bit for getting them this far.
The next morning, Ben and the others knew they would have to work to get whatever passes for currency in this city. So each of them got a job.
Being the more brain over brawn kind of guy, John became a librarian's assistant. Something he liked doing back on Earth, but something he hated here. The librarian was annoying at best, and that's saying something seeing that it takes a lot to annoy John.
Sarah and Jessica worked at the inn where they were staying. They did many tasks such as cooking, pouring drinks, sweeping the floor, and waitressing. Jessica hated to work anyway so that was a given, and Sarah didn't really like it either since many of the townsfolk were hostile towards her and her twin sister. Not so much to be violent, but enough to put someone on edge.
Ben worked for a bakery that was relatively popular in the town. It wasn't too far from the inn so he didn't need to walk too far to get to work. He mainly served the customers and kept the place nice and tidy. He rarely did any baking himself, and when he did he was carefully watched by the owner.
It had been five days ever since they arrived in the city. None of them still didn't have a clue where they were and how they had gotten here, but most importantly, none of them knew how to get back home.
As Ben looked around the room, he noticed that John was sitting on the side of his bed. Puzzled, Ben got out of bed and walked up to John. "What's wrong?", he whispered.
This had startled John and he slightly jumped at the unexpected question. It took him a few seconds to respond, "I'm fine, It's just.. I had a bad dream."
"I can't sleep either. I'm going to take a walk.", Ben said.
"Are you sure? It's pretty dark out there.", John replied.
Ben looked at him with a determined look, John didn't ask anything else, he knew better than to try changing Ben's mind. "Okay, just.. be careful.", John advised.
Ben walked back to his bed as silently as possible while John returned to his unbroken staring. Ben was really worried about him, he hasn't been acting normal for the last few days and he's refused to speak about what happened that night.
He put on his jacket and shoes and walked his way out of the room. He went down a flight of stairs and out the front door of the The Platinum River.
His face was hit with the cool night air and the shining moonlight brightly illuminated the dusty streets outside. Ben loved being outside. Much more liberating than being indoors, and in many cases much more beautiful then the sheltered world. He started to walk along the road, quickly coming to the outskirts and the large foreboding forests that surrounded it. Ben stopped only for a short time then continued his walk.
As he walked between the twisting branches of the trees, he came to a clearing and looked up towards the sky. There he saw a small mountain with a plateau set against it. On the edge of that plateau, he saw a..a..dragon!?
Ben could not believe what he was seeing. He rubbed his eyes and took another look, but the dragon was still there, staring off into the distance. This was amazing. He had to get a closer look, even though he knew it would be dangerous. He began to jog his way towards the mountain and arrived shortly thereafter.
The rock face was imbedded with indentations, but he was no rock climber. He turned his head and tried to find another way up. He was in luck, to his right he saw a cobbled, ascending walkway that would allow him to reach the plateau. He sprinted down the walkway quickly and ran until he saw a corner. He ran around the corner, and slammed right into something black and very hard. This launched him backwards, making him hit the rocky floor with a painful thud. He stood up and rubbed his back, then he looked up and an expression of both shock and awe covered his face.
The dragon was gigantic, black scaled and with large leathery wings that stretched the width of his vision. White spine bones jutted out from the dragon's back and formed two parallel lines along it's long serpentine tail that ended in an arrowhead tip. Its massive head and long neck had turned around to look at the new visitor. Two large white horns jutted from either side of its head which panned backwards, almost touching the back of its neck. Then the eyes.. they were.. terrifying and.. beautiful at the same time. The creature's eyes were bright red, reptilian, and incredible. The dragon just stared at him, Ben was feeling very nervous right now. He wasn't sure what the dragon would do with him.
"H..Hi!", Ben said shyly.
The dragon blinked, then gave a small smile revealing some of its fangs. "Hello.", the dragon answered.
Ben was shocked at this. It talked! Actually, she talked. Her voice was clearly female and it was.. intoxicating. Hearing her talk felt like drinking warm honey during a cold winter night. It gave Ben a tingly feeling inside, which reassured him.
She turned her whole body around, revealing a large scaled crest on her chest. "My name is Ben.", he answered.
The dragon lifted a claw up to her chest and said, "Sandra."
"Nice name.", Ben said bluntly.
"What are you doing out here all alone? There are very malicious things that come out to play during the night and you don't seem to be carrying a weapon.", Sandra said.
Ben tried to think up of a better reason other than "I wanted to go for a walk."
"I..I'm lost. I don't know how to get back to the village. Could you help me, Sandra?"
She hesitated a little bit before answering, "Of course I could help you.", Sandra's smile widened, "But I have a much better idea."
Sandra dropped one of her claws right on top of Ben, pinning him to the rocky floor. Ben tried to wiggle his way out from under her claw, but she applied enough pressure to hold him. "Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you.", Sandra assured him, to little effect. She lowered her head inches away from Ben and began to sniff him. This refreshed Ben's efforts to wiggle out from under her claw, but he made no progress. After sniffing him, Sandra opened her maw just enough to allow her long, pink tongue to escape and began to lick Ben across his chest and face, soaking both with her saliva. The sensation was very strange and this caused Ben to redouble his efforts to escape. He knew what she wanted to do and he wasn't going to die like this. Ben struggled so much that he actually managed to lift her claw slightly off the ground with his midsection. This apparently annoyed Sandra as she brought her claw back down on Ben. It didn't hurt, but it knocked the breath out of him. After she finished with her licking, Sandra's eyes brightened and she grabbed Ben at the hips by wrapping her tongue around it. She placed her claw aside and lifted the helpless Ben off from the ground.
Ben felt even more powerless from this position, the dragon was going to eat him. He looked up and an expression of shocked horror crossed his face. He saw Sandra's tongue leading up to her maw, dark red flesh marked her top and bottom jaw and her saliva soaked teeth looked like an execution device from a cruel man's nightmares. Ben tried to pry her tongue with his bare hands, but they held him with a vice grip, and they were wet, meaning he wouldn't even be able to try because his hands just kept slipping off. Sandra slowly pulled him into her mouth. As Ben's legs entered her maw, she closed it until her teeth touched his legs. Ben saw this and shouted "Someone help!" No answer. She chuckled slightly at his attempts. She pulled him in further, up to his waistline. She loosened her tongue and wrapped it, loosely around Ben's neck. It didn't restrict his breathing, but he was still concentrating on at least hurting the dragon in some way. He grabbed the top of her muzzle and tried to pull himself out. It seemed to be working until the dragon gulped and he was pulled back in.
Sandra opened her maw and Ben saw her throat open and close with every breath. It was something that he couldn't describe in words. Sandra pulled Ben completely into her maw and loosened her tongue again. Ben looked behind him and saw Sandra close her maw, plunging him into darkness, with only the sound of her breathing coming to his ears. He couldn't believe what was happening to him. It smelled pretty bad in here, he was completely soaked with her saliva and her tongue continued to lick him a bit afterwards. Then he felt like he was being lifted again and he figured that she had lifted her head to the sky. "Please, let me out!", he cried, but her response was a hard swallow. With another swallow, Ben was sucked into the dragon's throat.
A crushing pressure placed itself on Ben as he was pulled down a hot, constricting, wet tunnel of moving flesh. It pinned his arms, head and legs making it impossible for him to move any of them. Breathing was also difficult seeing that every time he'd open his mouth saliva would enter and cause him to spit it back out. This lasted for only several seconds before the crushing pressure began to dissipate. It started at his feet and slowly rose up his body until it vanished completely. He knew where he was and he didn't waste a second thought. He ran at the stomach wall and began to punch it, elbow it, kick it, anything to try to hurt the dragon from within. But the wall resisted his attacks and the dragon would shake a bit and send Ben tumbling about. After a few solid minutes, Ben began to tire. After everything he's done tonight, his walk, his jog, his struggles, and lack of sleep were taking their toll on him. Eventually, he got so tired that he collapsed next to the stomach wall. He panted heavily and started to cry. "So this is it huh," he thought, "Ben Williams your time is up." He rested his head on her stomach, it was pretty soft come to think of it, and he slowly drifted off to sleep listening to the mighty beat of Sandra's heart.
The dragon was satisfied with her catch. The human was still struggling, but all she'd have to do is shake a little and the boy would be sent sprawling. It felt good to have him inside her anyway. As her "prey" went limp, she turned around and resumed her silent vigil of the night sky, as if nothing had disturbed her in the first place. She looked up at the flawless full moon and smiled. She wasn't alone tonight. Not tonight.
After a few hours she figured it would be time to let the boy out, she outstretched her wings and launched herself into a graceful glide. She spotted a clearing and landed inside it. Then she craned her neck in an awkward position and an unexplainable noise began to escape her maw. Her body jerked and with every jerk a small lump began to climb up her throat. When the lump reached her mouth, she gave one final jerk and spat Ben out. He landed on the grassy ground with a thud and saliva began to drip into a small puddle around him. He was unconscious and Sandra looked at him with relief. Little did she know that she was being watched.
John watched with relieved amazement as the same black dragon that had swallowed him before spat out his friend Ben. As he continued to watch he noticed the look of concern and relief that crossed the dragon's face. He wanted to take a closer look, he stepped forward.. and snapped a twig. The dragon had turned its head in surprise and quickly galloped off into the shadowy forest. John waited two minutes before advancing to inspect his friend.
Ben was lost in blissful darkness, not being able to hear, see, taste, touch or hear anything. His sleep was thankfully dreamless as well. Suddenly, his world began to shake. In the distance he could hear "Wake up!" He used his hand to wipe saliva off his face and came face-to-face with John. Neither of them said anything for a while and then they both nodded in silent understanding. Without saying a word, John offered his hand to Ben, who grabbed it, covering John's hand with dragon saliva. Ben got up and John offered him a shoulder. The two friends said nothing as they made their long way back to the village.
Under the shadows of the forest, large red eyes followed and disappeared.
