New alien species!! Yeahhh!!!

This is Ak'tar. He is black with midnight blue hair and markings, his eyes are a vivid blue, except the one in the center of his forehead, which is bright yellow. His mouth is invisible til it is open, and then it is mostly a gaping hole. He can walk on his hind legs and use his front legs as hands. His species is one of the more regal and honored races in the universe.
