Harold Borovec is the Road Foreman of Engineers at the Chehalis Centralia RR and Museum. He is almost as old as the 1916 Baldwin locomotive he is lubricating. He is also the Master Mechanic and was partly responsible for restoring this glorious beast to operating condition after it sat in a city park for some 30 years.
