Interesting. I like the face. :D
The only thing you're going awry with the hands is the lack of a wrist, and the proportion of the palm. I can give you an example if you want. Other than that, you're doing fine. :) You may wanna make the arms thicker, though :D Her arms are anorexic, but the rest of her isn't :)
