Funny story: my landlord claims to be an electrician.
The rest of the apartment isn't any better-- when we first moved in and they redid the kitchen but painted over some rigatoni pasta the old tenants had left in the cupboard and let's not even talk about the bathtub. And they wondered why we decided to move out as soon as humanly possible :/
