That being morbidly obese can be quite an enjoyable experience in your elder years. Yes, Drake continues growing (albeit not as quickly as he did during the first year of weight gain) and eating himself fatter and fatter.

So enjoy an older Drake (I'd say anywhere from 30 to 40+) enjoying just how big he's grown since he became a gainer at the age of 18. Ask him about it? "Best decision I ever made. My family keeps telling me to lose some points but my answer is a big 'hell no' every time. It's cost me money to keep this monster as big and handsome as it is but you know what? Waking up to see *points down towards his gut* this every morning is worth it because when I look in the mirror, I feel like the most attractive man alive. I regret not a damn thing."

So I'm pretty pleased with this doodle. Took longer than I wanted buuuuut I'd say it came out fair... Definitely say he looks very hefty in this one so doodle mission accomplished! I may ink and/or color this one later.
