White Chocolate Truffles filled with Dark Chocolate Ganache
So like I said we're working with chocolate now. This week was all truffles! We made them with dark, milk, white chocolate or a mix of them. They were filled with many different ganache from hazlenut, to dark chocolate and rum, to orange, to lemon, to almond, and more .___. This picture is of the white chocolate ones with a dark chocolate and rum ganache. It was the prettiest picture of the bunch. xD Working with chocolate is fun! We learned the different ways to temper it. So far we've done two except the table tempering method. We're waiting for a marble table to do that one. It's so amazing how tempering it can give it that shine when it sets <3
