Did this for a larger project that I'm working on.

This marks the first time I've ever done a piece from start to finish completely in Photoshop. I'm starting to learn how to use some tools properly, and as a result I find I can actually sketch pretty well in PS, not something I've been able to manage before.

While I used pen tool for much of everything here, this is NOT a vector. I kind of derped on that and was halfway through before I realized I'd screwed up on that. Oh well, I'm still crazy happy with how this turned out.

Why is this not the Doctor Whooves that everyone is familiar with? Well there's a few different reasons. This is a different background pony that also happened to have the hourglass cutie mark and people have already pointed out the resemblance to the third incarnation of Doctor Who, my current personal favorite. The little project I'm working on needed the third Doctor (again, he's my personal fave at the moment) so I had to whip this together.
