To be precise, it's a comic book con with a slant towards anime, but there's a whole bunch of other comic styles too - anthropomorphic included. I hope you do find that picture, I dig Dr Rat's style. Is that what he calls himself? Or is that just because you can't remember the artists name and just call him by the name of his comic strip? :P
