After posting the previous image, which was an engraving that seemed relevant to chainmail and/or furries, I realized that I hadn't posted any examples of engravings on metal. So have a photo of something I did a week ago for myself.

The way this is done is, I work at a laser cutting shop. We can't cut metal, but we have this awesome stuff that you put on the metal and then laser it and it fuses to the surface of the metal. (The parts where you don't laser it just wash off.)

The art was converted from a T-shirt design (from teefury.com) for the day I made this. I decided to engrave it because I had an event that weekend that was Harry Potter themed, and had some wizards in space. Yeah...

Anyway, someone bought this out of the window of the shop today, I probably won't make another with this design, but I will totally make flasks for you if you want once I get more blank ones in and figure out what the price should be.

Long story short, my engraving, not my art, I'm not a graphical artist, I just put art onto all the things. Flask is stainless steel. Nothing about this is furry but oh well I figured I should post an example of the sorts of things I make all day at work.
