Finally, with her feet entirely in his mouth, he slowly closed his mouth. He couldn’t hold it anymore; he had to have her completely in his stomach. Tilting his head back to give her legs a straight shot, he gave one more powerful gulp, enjoying every sensation as her feet slid down his throat. Finally, with the vixen completely in his massively distended belly and his throat cleared, he gave a contented sigh. That was, without a doubt, the best meal he had ever had, and no words could truly do it justice.
Damian looked down at his swollen stomach, watching it move around as Veronica made herself comfortable in him, and it finally dawned on him what she’d really meant by “dinner date”. Having her warm body filling him filled him with a pleasure he couldn’t describe; he’d wanted to know what having a vorishly distended belly felt like for some time now, and now, thanks to Veronica, he did.
Scooting back a bit, he rested his back against the wall, his legs gently flexing around his firth, playing around with all the sensations it caused. All he could say was thanks, to which she told him it was her pleasure. Indeed, the afternoon was to both their pleasure, and Damian enjoyed her company for quite some time.
So, some of you might be wondering what happens after this. Well…Damian has been keeping mum about it, being a personal matter, so I guess it’s up to your imagination. Hope you enjoyed this comic as much as I did.

Does that mean he possibly digested/killed her permanently?
Or is it referring to the possibility they were intimate afterwords?
I'd assume the latter since he snarfs her down in the Christmas comic as well (love that concept of him gobbling prey to get the Santa belly by the way).

Well, while I won't deny the possibility that he is capable of perma-vore, that is not one of the possible canon outcomes of this particular series. Veronica is a preyish character (who enjoys being eaten, as you know doubt know by now) and my understanding is that she has some kind of self reformation. It's more a matter here of if he digests her with later reformation of if he lets her out unharmed, either of which are possibilities.
Reformation is his status quo. I get the impression that you are still in the process of going through my gallery, but this piece here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14942777/ should enlighten you a lot on his personal perception of vore. Pretty much, unless reformation is involved, her generally won't consider it unless it is some kind of extreme circumstance, and even then if there's the possibility of reforming the offender in such a way that he/she/it won't be able to bother him/others in the foreseeable future, he'd be inclined to do so. I'm not sure at the moment what might prompt him to devour, digest, and not reform someone.
The story tells me that he "kinda" feels bad for killing his prey in such a way, but that the pleasure he receives outweighs the guilt of killing them, since they should have known it'd happen someday and since it's only temporary.
What isn't clear is that he says "in this world, to some extent, death was a temporary inconvenience, and my prey would be back on his feet within a day to be sure". Is that to say he himself doesn't reform his prey, and that there's something in that universe that does it for him if he wishes it?

He has the capability to do so himself, but the thought had never occurred to him before that moment. In that instance, reformation was an aspect of the world (the details of which were purposely left vauge, as he didn't need to extrapolate in that journal entry and the details weren't needed for that story snippet), which assuaged his guilt. It was some time after that that he learned how to reform individuals of his own accord without it being a natural facet in some way of the reality he is currently occupying.
I see you still have some reading to do. Granted, my current info on him is rather sporadic; I really ought to collect it all in one place for easy reference. Part of his character is that is is able to travel between different realities, similar to Plansewalkers from Magic: The Gathering, if you get the reference. That power of his is actually tied to a much greater power housed within him, one he does not have complete control, or even understanding of. Admittedly, it's as much for a reason for him to have canon appearances with other's characters that are a part of his continuity as it is an honest facet of his character, as an important aspect of his life is that while he knows how to get to many realities, he does not know how to return to him home one, and so wanders aimlessly trying to get back, occasionally returning to realities he's previously visited for one reason or another.
Thanks. He was actually born a straight anthro wolf; his wings manifested from a strange predicament that occurred when he first inadvertently tapped into his power. I really should actually concretely write down his origin story and post it, as it's actually a bit complex. He actually has a literal soul sister in Damina (seen here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/13291828/) of whom needs a fair bit of explaining all in itself and is a fair bit to get into details here. I'll see about writing up his origins in the near future and if you're interested, can read it in detail then.
And now, if you are still interested, here is the origins of Damian: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15525076/
Not sure if I'll make his learning of reformation it's own story, as vore isn't precisely the focus of the character, just something he's capable of. That's likely to be left as just something that happened along the way, like the discovery of most of his abilities. As for "assuaged his guilt", if I'm recalling the word correctly, it means that he feels less guilty about it. If the death were permanent, the act would likely haunt him, but knowing that it's merely temporary, he feels less guilty even though he just killed someone.
