Stepping out in front of him, Veronica told him quite cheerfully to open wide. Damian was just a little confused, but after a moment figured that she might have a little sample of what they were having for dinner on her. Also, it was hard to resist her playful demeanor. So he acquiesced to her request, letting her take the reins as host with him as guest. When he opened his mouth at first, there was an odd look on her face, and something told him that she wanted him to open wider. He continued to do so, opening his jaw as wide as he could, wondering if she was planning on playfully tossing the food in his mouth or something.

He nearly lost his balanced as something quite large suddenly shoved itself into his gaming maw, and looking forward as much as he could he realized that Veronica had quite literally just jumped into his mouth. He had to grab her to stabilize himself, and without even thinking about it he lifted her up. He was absolutely famished and…she was such a fine meal…and he couldn’t help but start swallowing. He was just so hungry, and she seemed like the perfect fit for his hunger, and her arms were already down his throat anyway...
