Rein from a very young age was considered odd, or diffrent than the rest of the people in inhabiting Nebiran, when outside instead of running and playing with the other children she would sit by the rivers or ponds and talk to the fish, frogs and other animals. at eight years of age she came into her powers, on the full moon of that month she was blessed by one of the cities cheif gods, a single glowing golden rune branded on the top of the right side of her chest. Her parents were quite concerned when they discovered it and rushed her to a healer, who was equally perplexed. her parents beveling it might be a curse carried her to the chapel of Astrm god of magick the priests took two weeks of examing the rune to understand that a diffrent god had blessed this child. Once she was released she went to the woods not wanting to be near her parents, there she found a small clearing she spent most of her time there listening to the wind, on her 14th birthday a hunter following a buck stumbled across it and found her dancing there, waves of green, red, blue and pink magickal energy flowing around her exotically and he asked for her name, the two dated for several months until the day known as The Dragon Rebellion happened, the hunter was attempting to fell one of the dragons and was burned alive, Rein saw this and immediately started a dance to try and save him from the flames, too late so she altered it to suck every ounce of water out of the dragon's body. it crumpled and turned to dust, The other Dragons witnessed this and surrendered bargaining with her older brother, the new king Daruphir who gave them better living and working conditions than his tyrant step-father had. all of them accepted this except for the leader of the rebellion a Dragon who was possessed by a demon of the netherworld becoming a shade named Warpstalker.

several years later Rein has learned to master her powers, becoming a powerful healer, seer, after the incident with the dragon two more runes came into being apon her chest concealed under her robes top.
