He did.

I didnt pay bleak because he couldent comprehend the fact that when I first commissioned him, I had a steady stream of income (I am "on call" at my parents work, which means one week I work, the next month I might not, its a weird way to schedule, I know), and when it came time for me to pay, I had no money, so I asked him politely to hold up before coloring, but he went ahead and colored anyway then barrated me every day for payment.

In short, Bleak did not and will not get his money because he jumps the gun and is a bitch.
