In the 'real' world, it would take a python longer to digest a croc, than mammalian prey, though the scales, teeth and claw would not digest becasue of the keratin and enamel. These would pass on through, just as the hair, claws and teeth of a mammal.
If the python were in a warm environment I would estimate 4-6 days for the panther and 9-10 days for the croc, though captive pythons are often constipated and sometimes do not defecate for weeks, and finally produce droppings which were the remains of multiple prey and sometimes half as long as themselves!

Perhaps a new crocodile character could be introduced: perhaps a friendly wager on a eating contest between the croc and Jajuka, how many prey items can they convince or compel down their respective gullets? While the belly of a massive 30' croc could hold more; Jajuka might win by convincing his hypnotized furs to be swallowed and regurgitated multiple times...
