The day this ACTUALLY happens I will be surprised.. It's Kireme getting a surgery enhancement. Kireme's not my character by the way. Anyway he's getting a surgery enhancement by means of Hosatsu (whom is a genius and undoubtedly knows how to do that kind of thing) and so Kireme's kind of ordering his brother not to go shouting about this.
