I wanted to rework the whole 'ultimate digimon' idea with this one. Going back to the first Season, as well as the first Game- it seems that gaining understanding as to the true nature of the Digital World is the path to gaining power over it. (at least for the bad guys) And that made sense- if the world is data, and data can be altered- then yeah, the ability to alter such data would make you a ridiculously powerful, reality bending entity, with powers tied into the very lay-lines of the cosmos!!
(plus I always liked Angel-type Digimon)
-of course, that means NONE of her abilities will cross over into the real world, as the two worlds would run on different set of rules, but that's another plan. ^^;;
Also, her wings are hyperlinked to outer space (or the digital version theirof) allowing her to easily execute attacks that use meteors or solar flares

I cant remember why she doesn't have arms and legs- but it felt right for this character.
